Escaping the schemes and deciding to snob the traditional lunch, in the name of a revolutionary but tasteful brunch! If the ceremony is held during the evening, brunch is the ideal solution for a little less formal wedding reception.

Fruit pies and jam croissants, salty biscuits and tastes of cheeses and cured meats, a perfect match of sweet and salty more and more appreciated by young couples.

Only one rule to follow: the one signed by the clock. The brunch has to be consumed in the late morning, about from 10.30 to 12, lasting until the very first hours of the afternoon.

Location
The eclectic aspect that characterizes a Brunch allows a lot of flexibility in the choice of the location to best suit the occasion. Actually, a Brunch does not need a particular setting and it perfectly arranges to either elegant or simple, classic or hi-tech structures. The best form is a rich buffet in a garden, a terrace or a park, where to arrange tables for support and if necessary some gazebos to allow the guests to choose between walking around among the tables of the buffet or sitting down.
